Sierra rear wheel bearings

I started refurbishing my 4wd Cossie rear hubs last weekend, but the replacement bearings I've got don't fit.

Are there multiple types of bearing for lobro/disc braked Sierras, or are they all the same?

Bought the bearings months/years ago so too later to return.

I bought some off the Bay a few months back and I seem to remeber they are different.

Not wanting to question your knowledge (of which I have no idea) but people have been known to forget to take the race bearings out as they can appear to be part of the hub.

No offence taken! Definitely got the races off - which reminds me that the old bearing are taper roller bearings, whereas the (wrong) replacements I have are not.
