Re: Diff rebuilders in Rochdale
Hi Guys,
I'm trying to swap a LSD unit out of a 3.92 7" diff and put it into a 3.14 7" Diff, but have no experience with diffs whatsoever.
Does someone want to help me do the conversion or take the diffs and do the job for me? I will give someone a few quid

What about somewhere like Holroyds? They cut custom diff gears. Might be a bit specialist, but they might have what you need.
Or TEC Engineering if you need general mech. eng. I'm taking my EDIS trigger wheel to them this week, to be bored, slotted and fixed to my
crank pulley.
If you need a good mechanic, I can recommend the guys at Park Garage in Heywood. They've serviced my cars for years and were salt of the earth
when I was rebuilding the block on my Indy.
Hope that's a starter,
Francis.

Thanks Francis, I did my apprenticeship at holroyds and they specialise more in the worm and wheel department but thanks anyway.
I'm going to tap up "Wozsher" when I get back from spain, as I could do with the experience for next time.
Thanks again
