Beefed up Sierra column bearing

I'm sure someone did summat similar on here a few years ago with a spherical bearing of some sorts.
It's a good stronger fix I think. Nice one.

Also that's how Chaterham have been doing this on their cars. I've got a Chaterham column assembly to replace my worn Sierra one.
