Suspension brackets
The suspension brackets on my wishbones (luego) have a distance of 41mm or thereabouts between the sides, where the bushes on my coilovers measure
33mm side to side (AVO ), which leads me to the question of what do I do to stop the coilover moving side to side within the bracket?

3 options
1 - make new brackets
2 - buy wider bushes
3 - use washers to shim between the bracket and the damper
personally, i'd make new brackets.

I think use washers, you may need to shim out to take up any inaccuracies between your bottom wishbone and the chassis bracket
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

Thanks, that was my first thought.
However, would it be an option to rose-joint the bottom of the suspension?
Is it possible to carry out this change, and if so could it be done with an increase in width?
The problem is only for the bottom, where the wishbone mounting is, so although it would be fairly easy to hack my luego wishbones apart, I dont
really want to, as they look really nice
cheers
