Rally Design Quick Release

I am really tempted my RD's quick release.

Has anoyone fitted this with the standard sierra collum and switches? Does it fit?

Also does the 3/4 slug fit the column?
(I understand that I need to weld it, that is not a problem, just interested if it actually fits the sierra column.)

THis is what I am on about

THanks

Not seen or used the rd one, and people are always looking for cheaper alternatives. So please see LINK

And it does say it will fit the 3/4 inch shaft.

you definately want to get a splined slug & boss, the hex ones have a lot of play in them in comparison, which is not good!

Thanks

Definitely after a splined one
Just a question of whether the RD one will fit the sierra column and fit with the switches.

m8kwr - I am not actually sure if the Sierra shaft will take the 3/4 release fitting. (It is still in the car.)

Anyone know?
