Custom Brake Suppliers?

In connection with my other thread, I thought a separate question was more appropriate.

I am looking for some brake discs suitable for my Sierra Cosworth rear brakes - roughly 300mm dia solid. If an 'off the shelf' solution is not available then I might have to go for a custom bell & disc combo but I havent got a clue where to start looking.

Any ideas guys?

Cheers,
Raz

Thanks owelly, but the info I need is not there - I need diameter, thickness, offset, pcd etc to find a larger disc with the same qualities (if that makes sense)
