No quick answer as there are lots of adjustments that affect different handling characteristics.
Race cars are set up different to road cars too.
Do a search on google for string computers. These are locost setups using string and measuring tapes.
Alternatively, a laser 5 wheel tracking system by a professional.

strings and tape measures sounds about right for me our car gets used on road ,and track including short sprint courses and all 3 need adjusting differently .is it worth doing it for each app or just find a happy medium and leave it alone

It depends how serious you are about the motorsport part.
If you are serious then you will be checking and adjusting frequently!
I also forgot to mention corner weights too.

Then you will need the cornerweights set. There is no half-hearted approach when it comes to handling at speed.

No good setting your dampers up if one side of the car is bearing your weight and the other isn't! (Not saying your fat like!)

Best bet is to drive and play. Start on the road, drive, change something, see what happens. It's no point wanting to set it up if you don't know what the settings do.
