"Wet" tyres in 13"?

What tyres do you recommend for "wet "use on 13" rims?

My current wets are on a different size and off-set to my 888's and I'd rather have them both the same. T1r and T1s don't seem to be done in 13".

ps. might have some 15" Wolfrace rims with almost new Bridgestones on for sale soon.

I've not advertised them yet but I have 4 13" rims and A539s to sell.

The other option if they don't need to be road legal is F Renault Wets but they are lower profile than most so may mess with your gearing.

I would suggest Yoko A021s or Avon CR500s if you are feeling flush.

I really want the same sizes as I've got with the 888's... 185/60/13 front and 205/60/13 rear.
That rules out the A539's and even if I went for 185 all around they're only H rated (130mph) and I've exceeded that (on track).
UniRoyals are only in 15"+
Avon...not as minted as you Jim.

So at the moment it's looking like A021's unless someone comes up with something else.

Did I hear they were stopping making A021R's or am I making that up?

CR500's are nice but often funny sizes and not cheap. Quite light though.

I think 021Rs are pretty much your only choice Adrian.

Hi

If it's for track use theres nowt wrong with the Yoko AO48's in the wet. Kits and RGB race on them in all weathers. RGB are allowed the wet version. Either way they are as good as the A539 in the wet.

Cheers Matt

It's not just track use. More a case of something decent for wet track days and to leave on during winter on the road. The 888's are a bit unpredictable in the cold and damp though I've been happy enough with them when the weather is warmer. I've got a set of 15" rims with Bridgestone Potenza's but a different off-set and they just feel too different set-up wise when I use them.
