Silly question on steering boss

This may be silly to many, but the after market steering bosses so I can change from the standard wheel to a smaller one. Do they still have a horn push in the middle or would I now have to add another button or use the wash stalk?

Standard Sierra non adjustable columm and wheel fitted at present.

Mine does. The contacts meet when the wheel is pushed back on and makes you jump when you try to put the wheel on upside down!

I used this one but you do have to take out the horn slip rings form the original and clip them into the new one.
