opel manta fronts

Has anyone used the opel manta front uprights? Want to try and dig the out to find out wether the stud patern is the sama as on the sierra. I don't think they fit but will have a look next weekend. Saw 2 mantas at the breakers, the uprights have a nice shape from a distance (2 cars away)

Manta stud pattern is the same as BMC's, i.e. NOT Ford. Morris and Austins are OK, not Triumph or Marinas.

Didn't the MKI rear-drive Cavalier use double wishbones up front (the Manta was a Cav in a frock)? I'd be interested to see what the uprights look like, perhaps you could get a photo or one of the reader could scan something from their dusty Haynes manuals?
