Chaps,
Can anyone tell me the socket size needed to undo the nut on the end of the sierra drive shaft (wheel end) please?
Thanks, Mark

I bought a 41mm impact socket for the job - it might take some considerable force to do the job (i had a 2ft breaker bar and still needed 4ft of
scaffold bar on that)!!

cheers, I measured it as 41mm but thought they would only sell 40 or 42mm, so guessed I would need imperial which comes out as 1 inch 5/8ths which
seemed a funny size.
Are 41mm easy to get hold of?

I'm sure I got mine in Halfords.
I'm addicted to brake fluid, but I can stop anytime.

As said, its 41mm, I ground out a 40mm one which was cheaper/easier to get.

I think they're £10 in Halfords
I've used imperial and metric when I've had too!
