Batteries ?????
i would like to get one of those ultra slim batteries, as mine at the moment looks like it could power a tank!
what do people recommend and where can i get them from?
I love Pinto's, even if i did get mine from P&O!

I have been running a YTX12 on my GSXR1100 which was chosen because it is small and cheap.
The problem that I have (and you might run into a similar thing), is that with the Megasquirt, fuel pump, heated lambda sensor, and a pair of fans at
the front, I am actually discharging the battery on a hot day at a low (900rpm) idle. This isn't a big deal, but with such a minimal battery I
don't have much in reserve.
Given that you have a similar set-up I would not recommend going for the smallest battery that you can get!
Just a thought. It might be that your alternator is more enthusiastic than mine and you don't need to worry about this.

yesterday
- obviously they do all types of battery, a YTX12BS maintenance free Dynovolt would be £31.95 + P & P to you. Can't guarantee they'll
always be the cheapest, but will always be competitive & decent quality items.
I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names
furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours.

If you enlarge the photo on this listing the battery is the Rally Design (RMD) battery.
