axle oils?
is EP80W/90 GL5 a fair swap for SAE90 in my atlas axle? just got 2 litres for £8, which i think is alright, so i bought it rather than check and go
back out to get it, but is it going to be fine?

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

EP, extreme pressure, 80W/90, 80 winter, thiner while cold, multi viscosity, goes to 90 when hot. We used Valvoline 75/140 in Datsun 1200 race car
axle, great stuff.
