ZE912s are good on a tintop but are very very hard for a seven.

Avon CR500 are available in a selection of 13" sizes and they are lightweight tyres designed specifically for seven type cars. Caterham use them. They work out about the same price as R888's but they are much better in the wet and will last longer but not quite so much dry grip.

Or they have the ZZR which are the same price as the CR500, again designed for seven type cars, but much softer compound. Most like the R1R from Toyo but available in more sizes.

Tyres are a personal opinion, but for me:

Yokohama A539 for a mostly road car

AO48R's for a more track oriented car, they are now roughly the same price as R888's but a superior tyre on a lightweight car according to people who race.

Both available in a range of widths for 13's (you don't say what width wheels you are running).
