3.38 diff
Will the lobro output shafts from my 7" 3.62 lsd diff fit into a push in 7" 3.38 diff ?
Thanks in advance

Nope.
Edited to say..... they will go in but are not as long as the lobro output shaft splines thus will have minimul engagement and will not be retained by
circlips etc....
thought of doing this myself but opted for an AP suretrac LSD in my 3.38 diff with push in shafts....

Yes.
I used the 3.38 open diff, with the 3.62 viscous and lobros.

The viscous joints are shorter and dont have the c retaining clip so i would have to say no!
What you want is the labro flanges from an open diff very hard to find took me ages to get some

Got mine done by Road and Race Transmissions in Kent.
Give them a ring, top company to deal with.

To add.....
Depends on what your trying to achieve....
If you currently have a 3.38 open diff & push in shafts, you cant put a viscus unit from a LSD diff into this as the shaft splines are different
lengths.
Conversley if you have a 3.38 open diff and you want to just fit the lobro shafts then also this will not work for the same reason.
If you are trying to make a 3.38 LSD, then the easiest way to do this is to take a Lobro shaft LSD diff and swap the Crown wheel and pinion gears from
a 3.38 Open diff into the LSD Lobro diff, but you will have to use the Lobro shafts.
From the research i did you have to keep the lobro shafts with the LSD diff unit and the push in shafts with an open diff unit (unless you use a
special LSD unit like a quaife or AP)
But if someone has worked out a way to do it then please expalin as i'd be interested to know......
Phil at Road & Race built my diff to
I chose to keep the push in shafts and go for an AP unit as it is lighter than the lobros.....

what Ash said ^^
and if you just want 100mm lobro flanges for your 3.38 open diff then you need the flanges from an open centre diff

Ok thanks guys, better keep looking or just buy it for the CW&P and have that fitted to my 3.62, seems that would work.
