Sierra diffs, can someone give me some pointers

I'm thinking of putting a zx9r engine in the back of my clan driving forward onto a sierra diff and out to hubs on trailing arms. I may have to turn the diff upside down to get the direction of travel right. Which diffs are best, I want gearing as high as possible so I'm reckoning that the diff from a diesel would a good way to go. Are there any other diffs that are good to use, Sierra ones are getting rare now. thanks Nigel
