Converting all ball joints to rose joints/rod ends!

Good evening gents,

Im converting all the ball joints to rod ends however im a bit stuck, Im trying to get hold of the adaptor piece which goes between the tapered hole in the upright & the rose joint

Heres a pic of the part im talking about, unfortunatly MNR dont make this part any more.

I also need a threadded boss to weld to my wishbone to take the rod end

Cheers

Hi

If buying items like those pictured above. Be CAREFUL. Many cheap ones have a habit of breaking. Better option is to use a one piece bolt that goes through the lot and just have an insert made.

It will also allow you to alter the height of the joint to fine tune the camber gain which is really the whole point of that conversion. Completely missed by the MNR items as no room for adjustment.

Cheers Matt
