Complete brake system..
Hi guys,
Ive just been searching through the forum looking at what setup people are running, e.g. master cylinder sizes, single/double resevoirs..
I couldnt find much info, but I was just wondering what people prefer to use?
The cars a 1600 pinto, thats going to be used for road use with hopefully the occasional track day! Front brakes are rs200 escort calipers/discs and
the rear are cortina (Atlas axle) drums...
Has anybody got any good links/ advice on set ups?
Thanks in advance,
Mark

That will be good enough.
Brakes were designed for a heavier car

Track or road, personally I would go for twin Girling or Wilwood m/c with a bias bar - that way you can change the m/c size on front or rear, then use
the bias bar for fine tuning.

When thinking outside the box doesn't work any more, it's time to build a new box

My setup is near identical to yours (Std cortina at the front and capri at the back) I have a sierra MC 22mm which is probably the maximum you would
want but works fine.
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation
