Sierra clocks tacho wirie

I am useing the sierra clocks, Where do i connect the rpm gauge wire?

It connects onto the gearbox, there is a hole on the rear right hand side where it slots into.

If you have an electrical wire then you need a speedo take off, burton power sell them for 29pounds.

The tacho feed depends on what ignition system you are using.

Hi its a zetec, the speedo is cable drive from the gearbox

I think there are two ways that it's fed. One is that the tacho gets it feed from the ECU, that is if you are using the ECU from the donor vehicle. The other way that Ford used was to take the tacho feed from the negative side of the coil, again depends on the year and model. Not familiar with Zetecs, but sure somebody will know. HTH Ray
