Formula 27 arms needed

Hi guys, ive got a formula 27 with a live axle but one of the arms has broken where one of the welds are.
had a look around but the arms are of a different length to the normal book arms, slighty longer, sorry no size yet, tried image sports cars but no joy, does anybody have spares or can fab for a price.

Can't your old one be repaired if the weld is all that's broken, what are they made of on the F27?

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

sent the old one away to image sports cars, so they could make up a new one, they are not interested in making a replacement, not heard from them, i think the original is lost in there workshop somewhere.

just the same trailing arm in CDS as a locost live axle with bush on each end, but is longer, and is mounted backwards so is not trailing but goes forward(if you know what i mean).

will get some measurements soon.

Opposite of trailing link is leading link. The materials is the thing, you need the correct bush and CDS tube to make them, the fabrication is the easy part.
