Changing PCD

Hi All,

Does anyone know if its easily possible to change the PCD easily from 4x108 to 4x100?

Ive never had to change a hub before.

Kindest Regards,
Richard.

depends on the style of hub, but you may be able to redrill it at 45 deg. (inbetween the existing holes) much like a multi-fit alloy wheel

changing it on a hub?

don't see why not - just re-drill the hub in between the old holes and fit new studs. Just make sure the drilling is accurate and that there is enough meat on the hub with the studs 4mm further out.

Won't that mean they will be further in?

In theory its simple but on lots of hubs there are other holes at 45 deg which will interfere.
Not as simple as it would first appear

what kind of hubs are they ?

redrilling wouldn't be an issue on the sierra ones as fars as I can remember (I've got 5 stud granny ones for mine)

you may have to keep the discs that suit the hub and re-drill them aswell to make the brake setup simple (unless there is an off the shelf 4x100 disc that suits)

Awesome, Thanks Mcerd, Looks like another set of hubs and bearing needs to be bought for the project though.
