Raceleda Escort Uprights - same as the Cortina?

The R1oT uses Escort front uprights, modified with a ball joint inserted into a short tube welded to the top, simples.
Raceleda made some rather nice alloy versions, there's a good R1oT build site with some pictures, but the link eludes me. They look very much the same as the Cortina geometry ones, but with the same said balljoint screwed directly into a large tapped aperture in the top.
I've held a Westfield alloy (Cortina) upright up against the Escort one on the R1oT, and although the KPI is different, they do look 'similar' - but the Cortina one is a bit shorter in the top...

Anyone ditched the Escort assembly for a Raceleda alloy upright - and were they the same as the Raceleda Cortina, but with a big tapped hole in the top for a balljoint??????????
