Dampers
I'm in the market for some new dampers for my car, Matt at Procomp would be the ideal solution, but i've not the time to drive up there to
get things spot on before my trackday (work related not Matt's fault). does anyone have any other ideas or suppliers before i just order a set
blind.

Speak to Matt. Get him to spec them and collect from Protech in Melksham?

Matt's only 20 mies further away tha Melksham, if I could travel i'd go and see him as I've heard nothing but good reviews.

If you are contemplating just ordering a set blind, then why not order them off Matt anyway?
I am sure they would be nearer what you need than anything from another supplier, judging buy posts on here.
You can always have them fine tuned at a later date.
Tell them about the bent treacle edges!

Hi
Just been pointed to this one.
You can order them from me and with a bit off discussion and the measurements from the existing dampers fitted we should be able to supply some with
the correct travel in bump / rebound and valving to suit the application.
I also think that you are getting the MATT from TMC Motorsport ( 20 Min from Protech ) and myself MATT At Procomp ( Birmingham ) mixed up with supply
of protech dampers. Not too surprising as TMC have a habit of trying to confuse people into buying there products when they are actually after
products and services from myself, as a few in the locost championship have found out. !!!
We are supplying the protech dampers to our specification which we build and contain our valving setup and oil changed from standard to race spec oil.
Not the same as the standard off the shelf items that others supply.

No Matt you are the man I'm thinking off
We chatted at the end of last year, but some silly idiots have started a few wars since and i've been busy. I believe we were talking about
supplying a similar to James and his Cosworth powered set up.
I will try to call this week when i can be at the car to measure or double check any measurements that might be needed.
