AVO shock settings
Anyone give me some starter settings for my AVO's ?
I have been playing about with them but it's a lengthy process and it would be good to start where someone can recommend from experience

When the car was new I had them turned virtually off as the bushes where quite stiff!
But now they are set something like 4-5 clicks on the rear ,and 7-8 clicks on the front.............

I know this isn't what you're looking for, but it seems a very logical method for setting up a car, if you can find a nice open area to
work in. Post by Richard Hudgins, about 2/3 down the page:

To speed things up, I'd probably first set the dampers by bouncing. Push down the end of the car, then let it go. The springs should lift the
car to above ride height, then settle to ride height with no more jiggling. This is all IMO of course.
