Ford 100mm CV Joints - noob advice

Im about to buy my inner driveshaft cv joints, they are the 100mm/25spline ones im after. Ive got Berrisford driveshafts already, tripod joints, plus the inner pot joints.

There are 2 listed on the raceparts site, one @32mm wide, and the other as standard plunge.

Are they the same width, not really sure which I need, and they are about £20 a pop each difference.

resolved - the two cv joints listed as being 100mm are actually the exact same product, but with a difference between £36 and £54

seems they had forgotten to update their site....
