Minilight Wheels

I am contemplating buying a set of Minilight wheels but before i do i need to find out some information........

I have Luego front wings and no back wings yet, the car is standard size and uses Mk1 Escort axle and Cortina front uprights. Could someone please advise me what size of wheels and tyres will fit? and what looks best?

Also what is the required offset to fit best, without knackering bearings etc?

I intend to buy from Midland Wheel Supplies - 235 quid for 4, anyone know where they are cheaper?

Please advise me as i want to get the wheels ordered asap, before the money disappears!!

Any help appreciated.

Nope, they are the cheapest but they are not the best quality. I would go for 13x6s with 185/60 tyres but you could go 13x7 with 205/60s.

"Cheapest, but not the best quality"

Kinda sums up my car!!! - Only joking, it is proving quite expensive actually.

I was thinking about the 5.5x14", would they fit, what tyres would i need?

5.5x14 with 185/60 14s is just as good.
