Ford shock absorber inserts

Hi, does anyone know if the ford p100 damper insert are the same as these Capri ones? They look very similar but was wondering if anyone knew for sure...

Not that I am sure but I thought they where thicker like the Granada ones ?

Logic would say Granada OMHO as well.
Find a ford online store and cross reference the part no's?

ISTR The Sierra cab P100 had the heavy duty Sierra suspension with clamp bolts on the lower ball joints as per Sierra 4x4 & Grandad


Capri inserts are related 1960s generation Ford GB -- MK1/MK2 RS2000 Ford Corsair, Cortina MK2 1600e
