The striker / fury has a rocker pin for the front upper wish bone as it is inboard shocks.
I have not taken one apart because they are a pig apparently.
Try googling or wait for someone more knowledgable!!

Possibly a classic Mini front suspension upper arm pivot? I have a repair kit for one of my GTMs , will have a look at the weekend to see if it looks
the same

At the rear Mini also uses a similar part but I don't recall the groove in the middle 1100 & 1300 and Allegro would have similar but
probably now unobtainable.
The original XJ6 and other jags of that era also had a similar pin and needle rollers on the rear lower arms.

It's not from striker as they just use a sleeve with a bolt through the middle.

Have just found my top arm repair kit.The overall length is the same as your picture but as you say it's minus the central groove. It might be
worth modifying it further by drilling it through from end to end and drilling into eachend at the point it runs in the bearings, that way there is a
better chance of getting grease where it's needed. The cheapest suppliers I found when looking for parts is Minispares
