Brake pads for Dynalite front calipers/Cosworth rears
Done a bit of a search but not found what I am looking for. Seem to remember a thread from a Radical owner on here but cannot find it. Car is 600 kg
dry with approx. 40/60 F/R weight distribution. I have Dynalite front calipers and Sierra Cosworth rear calipers ( vented ). From my hydraulic calcs
this is fine. I need a compatible set of pads for 'fast road' and track days. I tended towards Mintex 1144 as these seem to have a lot of
support but I cannot find a Dynalite fitting. Does it exist? If not what alternative sets might work. ( Plenty of choice for Cosworth rears but not
much I can find for the fronts. ) Ultimately different pads front to rear might be the answer but I do not want to start from there - IVA brake
balance and all that. TIA.

If you can get a performance friction pad in pf01or pf05 then that's what I'd do!
It was probably me with the radical but I had the big hi spec race calipers with pf05 pads. Absolutely astonishing setup it was

If depends on the track... I don't really agree with the pad labelling of "road and track day"; "fast road" is more
accurate and M1144s do the job really well, they also work okay on shorter circuits, but to claim "track day" is dependent on the track as
I cooked mine at Combe due to the repeated high speed braking.
After a lot of research I have settled on
[linky:] CL brakes RC6 compound, they are a
proper race pad but are designed to work from cold, so work on the road (but are pretty loud) and are ideal for race conditions (competitive track
day).
