Sierra rear wheel bearings

How do identify what rear wheel bearings I need?
Not sure what car my driveshafts and hubs came from
The motor factors lists a few bearings

First thing to ask is: Disc brakes or drums ? (/ push-in or bolt-on driveshafts ?)

Have to say, when I built my MK Indy a few years ago my local Ford dealer parts counter were extremely helpful with this type of thing. The guy there was genuinely interested in what I was doing and prepared to search his microfiche parts catalog for parts. Might be worth taking what you have and asking them.
