Picture of Very Early Westie suspension required.
Anybody know a url for a picture of the very early Westie front suspension used on the Wesfield Seven S1 and Eleven replicas. This suspension was MG
Midget - AH Sprite based.
Reason being I am currently working on a revised Cortina based front end and would like to know exactly what the Westie front end was before the
Escort & Cortina bits were cludged on.

The original Westies were single donor MG Midget but lack of donors caused a change to Ford based.

An hour on google turned up a couple of decent links for the Westie Eleven (including a Yahho grooup) but none for the early
Seven

I have a pic that has been photocopied from an unknown book which shows two westfield chassis side by side, the caption says " In the Westfield
shops, an Eleven chassis(right) compared with a Westfield chassis on the left" neither chassis has wishbones fitted but the front sections
appear to be the same and as far as I can tell the same as the pic you posted earlier. Wimmera
