Live axle strip down and clean
Hi,
Anyone got any good tips or things to look out before before I embark on stripping my Mk2 Escort axle and welding on the necessary brackets, cleaning
and then painting it?

Yes that oil stinks doesn't it.
Just take the half shafts out and leave the diff alone if it's alright.
