Steering rack identity.
I have a ford steering rack (manual)
Does anyone know what rack has a dimension of 720mm
Between centre balls on the ends of the rack.
It looks escort but too wide

Escort one under my bench is about 600 mm, Cortina one on my locost is about 720.

I had a '79 V Reg mk 4
So yours at '82 was probably a mk 5
