4 Pot Brakes
Guys. Im after fitting 4pot Calipers from a 2wd Cossie (left from my old mod prod days) to my sierra uprights.
But the dont fit (hole location and disc ofset) any ideas if there is a bracket/spacer kit can be bought. Or an i sticking with my single pot slider

the simple answer is you really need either the cossie uprights too or to stick with the normal sierra brakes.
I had this same problem years ago on a rally car, even tapped out the upright (on the cossie the upright is threaded, on the std sierra the caliper is
threaded!!) but the offset is all wrong and the ears on the upright are a bit spindly to go altering (you will probably find that they need thinning
down!)

The only way they will fit normal sierra uprights is if you machine 4mm off the caliper mounting lugs.
Sierra/Escort cosworth 4x4/Granada calipers will go straight on with 2wd 283mmcossie discs, However i've gone for xr4i/mk4 rs turbo calipers on
new brackets with 2wd 283mm cosworth discs which are supposed to give 5% better braking than the 4x4 cossie calipers due to pad area location!
