Sierra diffs
I am using disk brakes and the hubs, and i got a 3.92 diff which came with the push in type shafts. Is there any way i can still use this diff and put
bolt on shafts on it or do i need a new diff and shafts. Many thanks, Jon

Hi Jon,
I beleive there is a way to do that, its been discussed at great length on this forum - mostly people wanting to use and LSD which are
generally of the bolt-on variety - but I would recommend you get a different diff and shafts for two reasons...
1. It'll be a hell of a lot easier and less faffing.
2. I want your diff (if its in good nick anyway)!!
I'll try and find the thread that discusses this for you.
Seriously, if you do decide to change diffs let me know. Whereabouts are you based?

I have a 'lobro' flanged open diff for £40 +P and P if you want it

Well basically i got the diff and the shafts came with it as well as the hubs. I am sure these are drum brake hubs and the bits on the back (excuse my
non tech language i am new to this) where the cv joint should go dont look the same. So there is no way apart from surgery to get this diff attatched
to my disc brake hubs etc? In which case im open to getting rid. Its all cleaned up, painted in blue hammerite, and comes with shafts and hubs of the
drum brake variety. i presume its in good nick as this is what the man on ebay told me but i cant be sure...And i live in hatfield herts so give me
some offers!

IS there a way of using the push in shaft with a cv joint that goes to a bolt on part for the hub end?
