be the same pattern

Well, there are 2 sizes of Escort flanges, for a start!
I think it's 1 size of the Mk1 Escort, and another size for the rest.

This is a problem I have at present, my diff flange is smaller than most i have seen and i havent yet found a propflange to fit. The larger flange
seems to be the one fitted to all sierras and capris and I assume cortinas.

I cannot say about the escort flanges, but the sierra and capri ones are identical

The Sierra diff flange is 110 dia with a 90mm pcd .It sounds as if this would fit you diff. The two i have both have knackered joints and are the non
circlip staked type , i think it is possible to repair them some how and one has been repaired in the past by welding washers over the end of the
joint which does not look good to me.
There should be plenty of Sierra props for you to use, and i think I have now got a spare axle with larger flange for my car.

Tx m8
But not interested in using sierra stuff. Would rather know what the diff and prop originally belonged to.
I'll need to get under mk2 Donar and see whats on that

prop flange
It doesn't matter what it's off, you will have to cut it anyway. My prop is off a Transit.
yours, Pete.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
