Brake resovoirs

I have passed SVA and wanting to know whether i need a warning light on the fluid resovoirs to pass an mot or whether i can buy some of these.

Surely you have that the wrong way round - you need a fluid level switch for SVA but not for MOT.

So just to confirm then i dont need a fluid level warning light to pass mot ?

i took at a look at my master cylinders the other night i dont think i can fit these now anyway as they are quite close to my steering column.
