Curiosity question re prop
Have just taken out the centre bearing of my Carpi propshaft, to find a cardboard tube inner!
Does anyone know that it's purpose is?
Was wondering that's all. Dan.

Reminds me of something in CDT class in the first year of secondary school.
Head teacher had his lecturn sent down as it was 'wobbly'. Once dismantled inside the hollow 'pillar' we found an old porn mag
stuffed inside. We dated and rolled up another one and put them both back in for future generations to find!
When I left 6 years later I was grinning all the way home after the head gave a speech (standing at the lectern) to all us leavers about how great we
were and how we'd held up the traditions and honour of the school for future generations!!!!
Cheers,
James
