front brakes

went to try brake calipers on today and discovered two problems!the first was the cycle wing brackets are in the way; i'll have to remake them (luckily i've only made one!) and what to do with the flexible hoses? i am using sierra hubs and calipers and the standard hoses aren't long enough to reach the body. how has anyone else got round this?

I have a lovely set of powder coated cycle wing brackets for a car with no front brake calipers

When you say standard ones, do you mean the Sierra ones?

If so, bin 'em and get some braided hoses made up to the correct length you need. Rally Design or Merlin Motorsport will do them as will many others.

Get some made to your length...

Hose Direct are invaluable.
