Ball Joints??
Hi All,
can anyone recommend a good place for new ball joints please. specifically
Austin Maxi lower ball joints
Transit Trackrod ends
Escort Mk 2 steering rack track rod ends (i may have broke mine with the hammer DOH!)

any good motor factors, or at a push, halfords can get hold of all of them for you. best of all, they'll all match.
not the cheapest, but if you tell them how you're building a car, and will be a bulk parts buyer, they should sign you up for a trade card.
brings it down to slightly cheaper than the independent factors round here.
get them from a smaller shop, and they might have one and have to order you another, which will invariably be different, with a different nut.
maybe i'm just too picky
