Sorry, back to maxi ball joints
Just flicking thru fleabay, came across hillman hunter/minx ball joints which look very similar anybody checked them out?

There should be no reason why you cannot get maxi ball joints from your local motor factors,they are still freely available,MK buy them in 50 at a
time,you could always ring them to buy a couple,postage won't be much on a couple of ball joints.

Dimensionally the Hunter ball joint is identical, I think the major difference is the Maxi joint is designed for higher press-in loading, the Hunter
joint was only loaded by the anti-roll bar.
