Pipe flaring tool, and hose question

Does anyone know a good place to source or hire one.
Alternatively if someone is feeling very loving and would let me borrow one for a small fee

Also Does andyone know if you can fit a Bango fitting onto a cortina and sierra rear calipers. It would just make the routing easier. I take it for Mr sva the hose cannot touch any part of the wishbone.

I'm in Stony Stratford and have a flaring tool.. not sure about lending it out (never lend tools!) but you're welcome to come over some time if you've got specific bits to put flares in. Not sure that would help though.
