drive flange removal from diff

Hi, just in the process of cleaning up my diff (7" lsd so bolt on flanges) and wondering about taking the drive flanges out to blast them and make a better job of painting them, is it just a case of undoing the circlips inside the diff and pulling them out, or is it more complicated?

remove the back cover, tap off the clips and remove flanges. just keep the clip with the same flange as they are also shims for end float.
