Zeemeride shocks are very very cheap,i would suggest spending the bit extra and buy gaz shocks from dampertech 01709-703992. or spax koni to name a
few.

Warren
I met a bloke running gaz coil overs in a cobra last year and he was quite happy with them.I think Dampertech are running adds at the moment offering
sets for locosts at £300 all in including carriage and VAT.
I also met somebody with zeemerides in his locost,he used the term sponge pudding.

does anyone know what the difference between using 1.9ID and 2.25ID shocks the guy i bought the kit off says i should use 2.25ID but i`ve seen people
use 2.25 at the front and 1.9 at the rear!

The 1.9 and 2.25 are the diameter of the springs. You'd go smaller if you had clearance issues.
The larger one's allow larger diameter shock bodies, which in turn hold more fluid and thus don't overheat and lose their damping
effectiveness as quickly as the little ones.

that is exacly my problem am using ford focus 15inch alloys i`ve put 25mm spacers on the back but it looks like they might rub if i used the 2.25 and
i might get away with 1.9 ones again thanks ted!
