pedal box

does anybody know anywhere i can get a floor mounted pedal box? i am building a tiger cat with a toyota engine and gearbox. it has a hydraulic clutch, hence the need for new pedals.

floor mouted would be preferable as it would tidy up the top of the footwell no end.

i did get a price off stuart taylor, but at over £200 i would have to modify it anyway as its designed for a cable clutch.

any ideas???

cheers
rich

Luego do the same pedal box as ST, but they also offer a hydraulic clutch version as well.

Best to ask them for prices (see link at top). I think their gold package is about 200 quid, but that includes everything you need - the master cylinders, the balance bar, remote reservoir with low warninf indicator. Just for the pedal box alone I think it cost you about 80 quid.

I have never seen the old VW beetle pedal box mentioned in discussions like this. I guess there is a good reason.

Easy rich, i'd just like to point out that i found it rather satisfying making my bottom mounted pedal box, and i doesnt look too bad. Also, i made the brake top mounted to make the brake and throttle line up better for using one foot on both. Saves money anyway...
