I have one for Solidworks that was kindly donated by another forum member. Any use to you?

output it from solid works as a .SAT (ASCI) file and it should go straight into autocad (assuming its a 3d file)

If it helps i can probably translate it into any other CAD file, including ACAD DWG, SAT, DXF as well as IGES etc..

Kind regards,
