Cortina/Sierra front hub assemblies

The books says that Cortina front hub assemblies should be used. I am having difficulty obtaining these. Are the Sierra hubs the same? can they be used?

Are there any other decent alternatives?

Sierra Hubs can be used, they aren't the same tho.

I'm using Sierra, and most of the MK's do

You have to use a convertor for the top mounting, cos theres a shock there usually. Plus the balljoint holes need changing or different balljoints. Have a search through past posts.... it's been mentioned 100's of times.
