Bias bar setup?
OK got my new Wilwoods on and spend ages with the easibleed. Pedal goes down a bit further than the old Sierra set up.
Looking at the Wilwood recommended set up the bias bar is at an angle with the front cylinder having a longer rod at rest.
Mine was set up to be straight at rest.
If I space the rear cylinder back and dial soem extra length into the front one will that improve the pedal travel?
Currently have Wilwood Powerlites, 0.625 master at the front.
Standard 8" drums at the rear with 0.7 master. Rear will be upgraded with 10" XR4i drums as soon as they arrive.
Any comments?

Most of thetravel is down to two things, caliper flex and the pads not being 100% true to the discs ---- check the pad caliper clearance very
carefully you might get some improvement by careful hand fettling.
If you do decide to jack the pushrod on the front circuit be very careful and check that the master cylinders on both both circuits can come fully
off otherwise you will have problems with the brakes binding on when warm due to hydraulic lock.
Swap the master cylinders round you may then find you have too much rear brakes and have to adjust the bias
When you upgrade the rears you will probably find you need another 0.7 cylinder.
I will be very surprised if the car stops any better after after your upgrade
If you want better rear brakes the calipers to fit are MGTF on standard Siera discs as these have a much bigger piston area.
