New tyres

I am about to buy a new set of rubber
for my MK but cannot seem to decide
between Yokohama Parada's and
Toyo Proxes.

Any thought's or advice will be greatly
appreciated peep's.

Andy

I just bought a set of Toyo Proxes T1 - R. I dropped down to a 195 section because they are so cheap from Camskill.

My last set were Parada spec 2's which replaced Yoko A539s. I would have had more A539s, but they were no longer available.

Can't compare with the Toyos, but I was very comfortable with the Parada's. Good grip and wear and excellent value IMHO.

ive had both but on different tintops, both were comparably good but must admit in a sad way what tipped it is like the visual look of the Parada's better only down side for track day use the Parada's tread blocks are quite big from new and on a hot day move about abit and distroys them, but that was on a heavier Fiesta and may not be a issue on a 7

Thanks for the help guy's, i will
get on the blower and order the
Parada 2's now.The toyo's are a couple of lids cheaper but i prefer the look of the yoko's
and there seems to be no difference
performance wise.

thanks again,

Andy
