brake pipe connection to girling/wilwood
Can anyone tell me if the flaring of the brake-pipe should be like a trumpet, or like a, ehhh, "inverted trumpet" (double flared so to
say).
I haven't got my mastercylinders yet, but s/o is going to make me a brakepipe, so I have to know.....

The trumpet is the double flare, the cone shape is the single flare. Take your calipers (slave cylinders) to whoever is making your pipes.so they can
see what you need. A lot of aftermarket calipers use braided hose with a banjo fitting and copper washers. Check with the supplier preferably.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Thanks for your response, but I'm actually talking about the mastercylinders.
I'm fitting twin mastercylinders (girling or wilwood) to my Indy, and to connect both brake-pipes for the front brakes (one nearside, one
offside), I need to have a piece of tubing which goes from mastercylinder to a T-piece.
So, I need to know which fitting I need on the mastercylinder side (which I don't have at this instant).
Do I need < or <>?
